Ken Wu (M Arch., B IntArch (Hons)) has been a part of the Inbetween team since 2021, bringing a thoughtful approach to how a home works for the people who live in it.
Ken feels a strong connection to the local area and the people who live here, having been born at Box Hill Hospital and raised just around the corner in Mont Albert. Growing up in a busy household of five, he understands how a well thought out home can support the daily rhythms of family life. It’s one reason he’s drawn to architecture for families. Ken finds gratitude in shaping homes that feel comfortable, calm and deeply personal. Ken’s warmth and care are highly valued by our clients, as he leads them through the journey from briefing to handover.
Ken believes good design beings with everyday life. He continually reflects on how cultural habits and routines shape the way we live and how thoughtful, quiet design can support things that matter most. Ken brings a steady presence to the homes under construction, looking for practical solutions that support the people they are built for.
Before training as an architect, Ken worked as an interior designer across both residential and commercial projects. This background gives him a keen eye for materials, detailing and spatial quality. He enjoys finding harmony in a house that can bring beauty, warmth, but most importantly, simplicity.
